		03 Celerino Garcia San Quintin, 6/25/2000 Celerino Garcia, the first Mixtec indigenous candidate, of the Party of the Democratic Revolution, for the Mexican Federal Chamber of Deputies from the Valle de San Quintin in Baja California. Here Mixtec migrants from Oaxaca have historically been exploited as farm workers in extremely bad conditions.
